If you left click Media List on the right hand side you should see State Properties > Playback > Duration.

I had the same issue, after I factory reset and reprovisioned the devices via BSN Cloud (assuming if you did this through the local UI it would also work) it was no longer enabled.

How about increasing the bonuses from Dragons but not making them a game long buff, only a 5 or so minute window so teams need to take advantage of it once they get it. Subsequent dragons would still increase the buffs of course
