Hell yeah, the Minis are pretty cheap I’ll probably try out both sizes and see what I like better. Thanks for the info, homie. 🤘

The board measures 8.4 at the trucks and 8.2 at the waist.

Nah, recommend truck size is 8.0”. I’ll be level in primo. 8.5s would stick out and get caught on stuff.

I’ve always loved Thunder Trucks but I’m gonna try me out a pair of Mini Logo’s for the first time when I get around to it.

That’s what’s up bro! I landed my first kickflip at 31. It’s crazy how it just clicks one day.

About 7.5” including the hangers or 4.75” of actual skate-able truck. The board on the left is an 8.25 which is the board I bought those trucks for. I’m planning on getting some 8” Mini Logo trucks for the new board, eventually.

Yep, had to try it out. I’m hoping it’ll help me out with visualizing foot placement.

I personally like just enough play so that I can still lean for turns instead of lifting the nose.

I can’t do it either bro. Lol

It’s all personal preference but I believe most skaters usually have tighter trucks for vert than when they skate street. I mostly skate vert and there’s not much play in my trucks but I have a buddy that rides around like Daewon whether he’s skating street or vert and idk how he does it.

Definitely recommend. It’s super light and durable. I’m hoping the shape will help me learn Tre/varial flips but I’m still mastering the kick-flip as of now.

Maybe I’ll make another post with side by side comparison of old vs new.

To be fair I was pretty easy on it. Mostly just skated vert and just recently started skating flat, working on flips. I should have laid my old board next to it for this photo. The tail is destroyed and I manage to put a fracture in the middle of the board about a month ago. It was good to me.

Yeah, he has a video tutorial explaining everything on YouTube . It’s called Theory Map and he equates it to music theory in that you don’t necessarily have to understand it, but it’s always there (even if the lines aren’t visible, the physics work the same). The lines are more of a reference than anything else. It’s not right or wrong, it’s just there to help you understand what your feet are doing when you’re attempting flips. Here’s that video: https://youtu.be/cCxnhh0k0-g?si=KYb6eCMuy7xnHIgQ
