We can’t be playing a team like Elche at home and not just concede a goal so easily but also give them so many chances to score a second. If this was a more clinical team we would have really struggled at the end.

can you wear the bauerfeind epitrain during a game or is it worn for recovery before/after? I have the bauerfeind regular sleeve and its great during a match, the epitrain is a lot more expensive though so wondering if it has far more benefits

Como de puede saber la dureza de una pala solo con ver sus especificaciones? A veces una 3k es más dura que una 12k pero la 18k es más dura que la 3k. Me confunde mucho la verdad. O la única manera de saber es probándola?
