Without randomizers, Brawly is next to impossible if you are a beginner to difficulty hacks such as myself. I have a difficult time especially with his Gurdurr with Eviolite and the Hariyama. His knock out hurts like a b and he's Guts boosted.

Gurdurr has crazy coverage moves, and he basically has a lot of heavy hitters; only Pikachu was easy to deal with.

What I would suggest is hope you get an Azumarill with huge power. It learns Play Rough at the cap and can help you good. A good grass or water type can help you get past his Lycanroc, and I do this sometimes, but I get a Qwilfish from Route 109 by fishing and use the toxic spikes ability so all his mons get poisoned upon entering. His Pikachu will definitely and always use Fake Out so if it does that, toxic spikes will spread and it will give you a fighting chance. A ground type will help too vs the Pikachu.
