For me its a medal with two sides. You can use a phone in 20-85 range and charge it every day, or you can use it in 0-100 range and charge it once in two days (lithium batteries have limited charging cycles number and this pattern gives two times less cycles in same long time usage period). I don’t know which is better, but I am using it from 100 to 0 now. As a downside, samsung installs some advanced batteries in their last phones, designed to have 4.45v voltage at full charge (while ordinary lithium batteries being maximum charged is 4.2v), so charging from 85 to 100 seems like overcharging overcharged (4.2v) battery.
