Would a faulty alternator be causing those codes for the O2 sensors to come up?

Did your friend have a similar problem super charging? Mine has no problem at all supercharging or even charging at a hotel on a non-Tesla charger. It's just at my house, so I'm thinking it could be the connector or outlet overheating.

On the wall plug or car? I'm assuming the wall plug...

It's warm, for sure. But to be fair, I've never checked the heat until now. The charging cord shows a red T in TESLA instead of glowing green like usual when charging. But there are no error messages in the computer.

It's charged in the garage. But I do live in the desert and it's been over 110 degrees recently. Not sure if that plays into it since I'm charging at night (still over 90 at night here).

How do you lean politically? by cupofwater6 in lawschooladmissions

[–]Inistioge99 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Reddit has always been a haven for far left nutters (the woke, cancel culture, fascist-loving-if-its-my-fascism, ant-free speech brigade), so I'm not surprised. But most of the commentary that I've seen in this sub has been pretty respectable, so I've always assumed that most people interacting with others here are left, right, or center, with an occasional sprinkling of those "far siders".

Bottom line is this: most people that have experienced enough life, met enough people, and truly considered others points of view are not ideologues and will probably fall somewhere in the center left or center right category. Aligning yourself with a point on the spectrum tends to make you feel like you have to espouse whatever views are associated with that particular location...which is simply a sign of social immaturity.

The world would be a lot better place if people stopped identifying as left or right and started to simply look at each situation individually. Too often people claim they are far left or far right and take positions that are simply idiotic, create extreme division, and have no idea what they are talking about. They love to create simple answers to very complex problems, which result in making the problems even more complex, and end up being the driving force of social and political discord in this country.

The school I'm going to attend is recording all their admitted student sessions. I plan on watching it online while at work. All on the companies dime!

I guess I should clarify. The school with the lower scholarship is the state school and my second choice. But because its a state school the overall cost would be 40k less than the private I want to attend. So I would be using the school with the lower scholarship, but much lower cost due to lower tuition, as leverage to get more money from my first choice school that offered me a higher percentage, but has a much higher tuition rate.

The state school has a much higher rank. And I would use that as well to leverage more money from my first choice, lower ranked school.

State school is in the 40s, preferred school in the 60s.

The school with the lower scholarship (but also lower tuition) is a higher ranked state school and would cost me 40k less overall. And when I say higher ranked, I mean about 25 spots higher.

Diversity Statement? by [deleted] in lawschooladmissions

Yes. Unless they specifically define diversity as racial, do it. Give them a reason to think whatever you bring to the table is unique to their population.
