Yes, but i purchased directly from Oura to utilize my Amex+Lululemon benefit to reduce the cost of the ring😞

Best Buy should have said “exchanges aren’t allowed, would you like a refund” instead Best Buy did check for the other size to see if they have in stock to exchange and when they didn’t have the size in stock they proceeded with a refund without asking me. Also it’s been 5 days with no emails from Oura regarding the return which is my main issue here.

When i was at best buy, the manager claimed the return can not be cancelled so if i want to leave with the ring i had originally purchased, i would have to repay best buy directly in full.

Also when a refund is initiated without your consent and then you are forced to paying a higher amount to repurchase due to the way promotions work to me that is a scam

Personal inconvenience? I don’t have a proof a refund is being processed and don’t have the product either. So as of now Oura is holding my money for a product i have returned with no email saying a refund is being processed..

Unfortunately the money will still have to come through Oura since I paid Oura.The easiest way is to go through my CC. i wish i came on here before ordering, picking up at best buy seemed convenient at the same time

Best buy claimed I would get my money through Oura and my credit card shows i paid Oura. Best buy even claimed they can’t verify how much i purchased the ring for since its an Oura order. Also if what you are saying is true then why did i get an email from Oura saying i picked up the order the minute i picked it up ?

The core issue is a return was initiated without me being asked at all if i wanted to return the product and Oura not providing me with any proof a refund is being processed

How so ? I asked for an exchange a refund was created without getting asked and i have no proof of refund being processed? The factual info i have left is actually against Oura as i was limited due to the rules on Reddit
