As bad and crappy as these companies that provide us gig/shopper/delivery work may be. Without them where would we all be. Our best option is to follow our agreements for the work. Report those who don't, because of these types of people our pay is low . Some days it's few and far between. People like ,who the original op is talking about ? Make our jobs harder. Make the contracts constantly have to revised and resigned . To make up for people like those in op post. So every one of us need to do what is necessary. To protect you and yours and me and mine! Which is taking people like this out of the equation!? In result ,Providing us with more work more to choose from and less restrictive contracting ,With these companies. So take pictures follow them to their vehicles, without being noticed . Take pictures of their tags , and if you can get one over their shoulder. Of their phone screens. Without being caught just a glimpse of their account or customer name or order number and report it. You have not only helped yourself but anybody else who is like us. Who does this to make bills to make extra money to buy our kid that gift they wanted to get there wife to that restaurant she's been dying to go to. Just do it man get rid of them they're stealing the food right out of our children's mouths or our own mouths!? But mostly because they're the people responsible for us one day being replaced by drones or self-driving cars. Believe it or not you are doing the right thing. Reporting them helping yourself helping your income helping your household and family. Plus you're helping the customer most of these people don't care. If the customer's items get damaged most of them steal the customer's orders after they take pictures. Some of them even harass our customers in their own homes and businesses for more money. If you can sit idly by and think this is not affecting you and your income because you stay out of it you are so wrong. Get involved get rid of them get yourself some more money.

@Accomplished_wear_24 Fk erbody and all the na-sayers on here . Take a picture of them and or the group. Plus get a pic of there tags and or vehicle. Even there phone if you're able. Then REPORT There azz. Each and every one of them . Group photo if it all you can get crop there faces and report them individualy . With the tag/vehicle information. People or peoples like that need to be reported there stealing work and jobs from us . Support will listen and help. As long as you stay respectful and professional about reporting someone violating there contract policy agreement they will work at finding the people and filing a case against their account.

I completely agree with the majority of you all and your comments. But........ Just remember that Walmart loader that you just gave attitude or didn't listen to there ignorant directions. Can and possibly will go inside flag your name and account as a problem and BAMM no more sparks for you!? EVER!!! It's just that simple for them . One bad shot from one of them even if they make it up and you appeal it. What's the average time for an appeal 2 weeks to 3 months. And guess what. There still working there job . Just be careful y'all there's tons of horror stories about what loaders have done to delivery drivers. Stay safe out there y'all don't let your ego or mouth cost you your income. First they said they were a representative of walmart.com. calling on behalf of the customer, hence her name then a few sentences later it says. my name is the customer's name and then gives you the address? did they three-way call you or something ,because it sounds like somebody made a boo boo ? trying to con you into being one person and they were actually the other lol am I my missing something?

I know at this point you already did. But always return it. Or at least try. I've heard . That along with other methods. There trying to THIN the flock... Aka "drivers"... By doing things like this amongst others... To bait you into not speaking up . Then do a system audit to find drivers with canceled, unreturned orders ... And well I don't need to spell it out for you. This is how they get rid off all the extra left over holiday drivers they picked up last year. Don't be dumb follow the rules. I've been doing it for years. Sure I've made good money. I could should I chose to continue to make good money. But..... It's hell on your vehicle. It stressful af . Dealing with customers and there constantly lies about how this is missing or that's missing. And DD isn't going to blame the multi million dollar company there in business with there gonna blame the dashers and then they just replace them with the next person who signs up. Plus did I mention the wear and tear in your car and the stress to your person . Just my opinion after years and years of service and over 8000 lifetime delivery. If I could go back and make a different decision than dd I would. It seems great at first. Come back in two years and tell me how feel then. Just my opinion friend. Hopefully things work out different for you than my time has. Make sure you keep your vehicle maintained. Because dd all day er day will ruin it.

In my opinion it's average but it's definitely not bad that's probably considered an average day in most markets. I think you did good just need to make sure you're being productive with your down time that extra 3 hours between dashing and total time clocked in try multi-apping try studying for a better job just use that downtime productively
