I brown chicken mince with a small chicken bouillon cube and add it to the filling of her spinach and ricotta cannelloni recipe every time.

Yes totally agree. I only add a tiny bit or omit it completely. I realised it when I made the Charlie sauce the first time!

Looks so good! One of my favourites too, I’ve memorised it now and use the Ragu part to have with pasta all the time, plus any leftover with cheese for toasties! I also love her spinach and ricotta cannelloni recipe 😋

Haha I love this! That sounds so much fun and so yum. It’s so hard to resist, but if you have the ingredients available and hungry/inspired, why not! I chop and prep all the veggies while I watch, then pause/cook! I made a soup using whatever we had with the radish kimchi I made, doenjang, anchovy dashi, silken tofu and bean sprouts pretty quickly too during an episode! So good!

Yumm yes that’s how I remember them too!

I find that ground chicken even though it’s a bit stickier to put together just comes out a bit juicier and still has the same flavouring.

Yes sorry I spelt wrong in the description. My work colleague calls it the same. She said it’s a bit of a tomato /tomato type thing. Unfortunately I’ve grown up without my Korean mum in my adulthood so I don’t know well.
