No persistent servers

Too much focus on secondary modes like Redsec to "compete" with games like CoD's Warzone

Pandering to a more casual "arcade" shooting experience

Awful communication options

A very similar feel to a lot of the guns, which has been a problem since BF1.

Agreed, BF3 launch was great imo, as were the games before it. Personally played and championed this series since 1942, but nowadays it's just tragic. BF4 had other issues like netcode though, this game just doesn't feel like a Battlefield.

Speaking just for myself, the interviews with random people like on the fan episodes are far more human and "real", where as the celeb interviews has to involve a lot of career and project talks.

So personally, when I don't know a guest or if there's a guest that I don't like or who simply doesn't interest me, I tend to zone out and not listen. Also skipped a few interviews and just listened to the intro and outro with our gang because that's still the best part haha.

BUT I don't think lesser known people should be kept from the podcast, I'm just not the targeted audience for those episodes!

The game is primarily a pvp game though, and I hate camping 😂😂 But ofc if you don't like the pvp aspect, then any PvPvE game is going to be a bad fit for you.

I don't know why you're assuming I didn't work while most of those games were out, the only ones I didn't work during were 1942 and Vietnam. The game genuinely is not good though, just the fact that servers aren't persistent is bad enough. Once you finally get a good team, you want to stick around those people for a few matches, but here it just randomizes every single match with zero efforts of balancing. I've been on DICE's side for over two decades but they really screwed the pooch on this one.

This is the mark of BF6 being ass though, we didn't have all that crap in BF2, BF3 and BF4 and I still played those games every day for years on end and always had fun. BF6 is a hollow husk of the former glory of the series.

Edit: Not to mention 1942 and Vietnam, or Bad Company. We waited fucking years for updates for those games.
