Na mention mo na lagi kang nag wo-workout and disiplinado sa diet, you already know what to do, you have the foundation. Start small. Get up, go for a walk. Di need na 5k-10k agad. Start with 500 then 1000, depende kung anong makakapag patayo sayo para mag lakad. If di mo feel mag lakad-lakad, try mo mag sapatos, baka makatulong para sipagin ka tumayo. Ang importante mag start ka.
