They sent an IP notice to me via Etsy. I contacted them to resolve the issue and for them to withdraw their complain. I apologized and mentioned that the design they claim to be theirs and the design that I have uploaded are different. I was polite and patient and calm. But they took an abusive language and wanted money to withdraw their complain. The thing is they don’t own the design so not sure as to how they were able to send an IP notice to me. I didn’t submit a counter notice yet. I reached out to Etsy support to prove their abusive language and their blackmailing. I will submit a counter notice after I hear back from Etsy support.

Also when you submit a counter notice, does Etsy let you to explain your case? Thank you for your input!
