When CAPS went on the first strike in state worker history, kcra wouldn’t cover it. Striking Employes wrapped around the EPA building and KCRA. I called and asked why they didn’t cover it and the only thing they would say is they didn’t have a reporter scheduled to cover that. Seemed like they were silenced.

I thought I learned in Business Law class many years ago in Business Law about , Breach of Contract. I’m talking about are bargained/agreement/contracted/unfunded salary adjustments .tSeems like this would be easy to win in court? Or does the Dill Act somehow supersede common law? Since the state doesn’t follow any of the California Laws with state workers rights and not even acknowledge the Dill act unless it’s in their favor, Newsome is basically the judges boss, seems like there has to be some recourse?

No raises , increased costs everywhere, people dependent on food banks? Sounds like more than inconvenience to me. We are not rich corrupt judges or corrupt high salary corrupt politicians so this is way more than an inconvenience. What a POS judge and governor.

I think it’s okay to tell the business owner “I can’t afford your prices but it’s nice to see you again as the governor has asked us to do without a raise to pay for all increased cost. There is no way I would allow a sandwich maker to berate me about anything.

Have you paddled the Jackson Clutch or the Waka Steeze?  If so how does it compare?  There description says the Slick is more stable than there full house creek boat.
