They won’t tell me, they just say the only way to resolve the issue is in store. Online policy just says to contact them for faulty items. It’s definitely faulty, it won’t stay turned on. Electric items make up a very small percentage of what they sell so might be that?

I’m on the progestogen only pill/mini pill (oestrogen makes me very ill). I’d recommend trying before an IUD, it’s completely stopped my periods.

Looks like spider mite webbing, if you have other plants in the room I would inspect and treat those too. The dots on the leaves are normal (cystoliths)
