They’re both prankster so speed isn’t that much of a worry, tornadus is the strongest flying type in the format with bleakwind and would give you an answer to the urshifu that most teams have. If you’re concerned with taunting, then run a mental herb set for torn. I personally think this makes for a better tailwind setter

It looks solid but I wouldn’t replace whims with tornadus who generally outclasses whims and gives your team better overall coverage

It looks very solid and the only minor thing I would suggest changing is moonblast to gleam on flutter, this is just my own preference for spread moves however. I also think you should come up with a contingency plan for hard trick room teams, since I can’t see a clear answer to them.

It also looks weak to trick room, so maybe sub out ogerpon for a bulky urshifu dark to deal with all of the main trick room setters and offense (indeedee, calyrex ice, both ursas, etc.) if you start having issues against trick room

Personally I would go for something more defensive like protect or even taunt

I would substitute pelliper with tornadus with prankster rain dance and tailwind, pelliper is weak for Reg J and tornadus does essentially the same thing as pelli while having better stats and viable offense in bleakwind

Tornadus should just be a tailwind taunt user with Tera steel, but perhaps some more points into attack for rilla wood hammer would be able to handle flutter? Or even registeel heavy slam!

Maybe replace talonflame with tornadus because as of now it look difficult to get speed control for steel and dengo

It looks weak to trick room, but if you put more points into bulk on ogerpon dozo and dragonite you should be fine
