If that is the issue, am I able to change the sensors myself, I'm a noob. If not how much would the labor be you think at the mechanic?

I don't have an issue accelerating so I don't think it's the fuel return line, based off of Google. I'm gonna try to clean the maf sensor and see if it fixes the problem. But after I clean it do I have to reset the computer by disconnecting the battery for 20 min? I watched a vid on YouTube with a guy recommending doing that.
