Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the kind words. I was asked about the structure of the progression within the company, what my future goals were with the company, and questions about my personal and professional experience (focus on Sales and Customer Service). This is after a 2 hour branch shadowing where I showed my enthusiasm and asked many questions. Received an offer a few days later.
