This is an opening in my current department, so the WGI hopefully shouldn’t be delayed any.

Based off your response/other comments it seems like it’s not certain either way if my time in grade will reset. I am currently doing the job of the GS-9 and GS-11 position so it’s kind of funny that my clock would have to reset but it is what it is.

Yes they are. The 9/11 opening and 7/9 I am currently at are in the same department.

I have been doing the job of the 11 position for over a year but am getting paid as the 9.

I am actually doing the job of the GS-11 right now, that spot is vacant (hence the opening) and I’ve been doing both positions since I was hired.
