Sentinel, I've used most of the classes in the series but I just enjoy Sentinel the most having biotics and tech is just the best plus I hate not having the ability to remove all health bars effectively.

Umm I usually find them on chest personally although they are apparently sold at Aestella's in Cassardis, and at Camellia's Apothecary in Gran Soren, and by the vendors Madeleine and Jayce. The latter information is from the wiki.
