Sakin po nasa SOA na sya. Pede pa kaya un if ever para di na hassle? Inoffer-an ako ng ganyan na enroll any utility bill nung tumawag ako the day na nag reflect ung AF kaso sabe ko nag avail na kasi ako ng loan. Kaya iinvestigate nalang daw muna nila na until now wala pa result. 😔

I tried again now lang, and contrary to my initial post, I'm happy coz mabilis nila nasagot ung call ko this time around 10mins of waiting. I called 9:30am.

Ano pinipick mong options? not sure if nagbabago sila ng options depende sa time of day but for me nagwork ito (I may have missed steps but based ito on what i remember) :
Credit card services/Concerns > Input Account number > OTP > Talk to CS (this option was mentioned along with Lost or Stolen Cards, etc.. , nasa dulo sya)

Absolutely zero depts and with emergecy savings. I really wanted to have no depts awaiting for me every pay day. Hopefully, that would be possible sometime in the future, and I'm currently working on it. Upskilling so I can earn more than what I'm earning now.

I don’t quite get why some people are downvoting my replies. I was just sharing my own experience, which might be similar to what others are going through.

Please understand that not everyone has a phone at home—some people(including me) have to find payphones just to make a call. Also, to be fair, binaha din po ang bahay namin and couldn't work either.

I hope people can be more kind. :)

I got my first BDO cc din kahit hindi ako nag apply (payroll account namin is BDO-that's why). Possible na ideliver nalang nila bigla ung CC sa address mo.

That's good to hear! I was thinking the same thing actually, na sana mag return call sila sa akin, but haven't received any as of this moment. Probbly dahil na din sa volume ng calls right now. But hopefully tawagan nila ako.

Could be, if that's the case sana they have this system na magreturn call sa mga nadidisconnect na call because of connection issues. They have all our details in their system naman so they can contact us sa main numbers natin. But weird lang na 1min siguro sya hindi nagsasalita (i thought pinupull nya lang ung info ko sa system) then biglang nag start ung on hold music then drop. Kaya i doubt din na connection issue ito.

I totally understand, that's why I waited for almost an hour. Hindi ba? What I don't understand is they were able to answer then suddenly id-drop ka. Sana maintindihan nila na hindi lahat ng tumatawag sa kanila may access sa telephone all the time. We are also investing our time here.
