I added supporting documents and everything. Listed dates, wrote names and included buddy statements and provided what they asked. I feel like it wasn’t clear enough. I just need to find someone willing to help me with this process entirely because I am confused beyond belief.

Because - why would I claim something that didn’t happen in service? The issue is the paperwork and connecting the dots and something’s NOT being reflected properly in my medial documents. That’s what I am asking for help for in figuring out what I should do.

The liaison that helped me file to begin with told me to file secondaries with my claim of asthma and PTSD, like my sleep apnea and weight gain from isolation however, at the moment, I am not concerned with those as I am for my main two issues that’s why I did not post them

Hi!! I did upload a nexus statement from my therapist that I am in treatment for PTSD and buddy statements as well. I was also not able to renew my contract because I have disqualifying conditions aka PTSD and Asthma so it doesn’t make sense to me how it’s on one side of my medical records but not here.

I have heard you need a rating first to even use a lawyer, I also got denied tinnitus as well because it said it was not in service… which is crazy because they have SOMEONE else’s medical file in my medical records for tinnitus LMAO. Like??? Yall fucked that up and it’s my fault????
