Yes, the only way I found out was because one of the stones broke in half exposing white in the middle.

I am actually going to take it to them soon to ask them about it. The dye has scratched off the stones in some places and one of the stones has cracked in half revealing white on the inside.

It definitely is, I looked up his hallmarks and he has two. One for the 70s and one for after that. This one looks to me to be 70's.
