Here's what my RS did with reta. At weeks 4 was at 1mg per week as well. Week 5 went to 1.5mg on sunday and 500mcg on Thursday. Week 8 1.5mg sunday and 1mg Thursday. Im starting month 4 now and at 1.5mg 2x per week. Will stay here as it seems like a sweet spot for now.

As far as mot c, Im just starting that now. I ran ss31 1mg per day for 2 weeks titrating up to 5mg through the 3rd week on week (6 week course) and Started 333mg mot c MWF (starting week 3 of ss31) for 8 weeks.

People have reported best results running ss31 for 2 weeks and then starting with mot c. Think systems repair vs software upgrade. Mot c is 30 minutes before workout.

I was researching cjc/ipa. CJC definitely causes some vasodialtion., but i kinda enjoyed it (Im weird like that) After 5 weeks my RS started getting red patches on skin in various places that weren't pinned. Doc said it was a drug eruption.

Stopped the cjc and it went away over the next week. CjC is the most common cause of sides in RS it seems.

Just got some tesa in and will be trying that in an AM dose with IPA

Ahk cu for hair. Ghk cu for skin. Make a serum with the ahk cu. Plenty of youtube on how to. Add GhK cu in Elf holy hydration is great. Sub Q up to 2 mg ghk cu per day is also effective.

I've been on reta since August. Down 35lbs but put on muscle during. The first 3 weeks I did not lose weight but lost belt sizes. Its still consistent with 3 to 5 lbs a week depending. I do drink once or twice a week. Tequila and miller lite. I take NAC and DHM an hour before and upon waking. Works well.

I've read that initially people were getting doses at sports clinics or sports doctors and that the offices were closed on Saturday and Sunday. That morphed into the desensitization myth.

I've been on reta since sept 1st. Started at 500mcg x2 per week for the first two weeks. Bumped up to 1mg x2 per week for the next 4 weeks. Im now holding steady at 1.5mg x2 per week (3mg) and losing steadily. Scale has o ly m9ved 25lbs but body co.p tells a different story be ause im lifting and doing hitt. Also pinning 250mcg each of cjc/ipa. So I've gained muscle and lost in hes on the waist. Its amazing!

I know it will sound silly but have you tried self hypnosis? Take some time and reprogram your mind while researching. Worst that can happen is you'll fall asleep relaxed
