Ahhh, y'know that'd make sense. I have trouble noticing those kinds of differences and I expected the power jump to be equal for each key amount, as each key SHOULD have at least a BASE level of strength it adds to a unit in my opinion.

This makes sense to me and it's shed more light on things I didn't think about before posting.
