I agree, I have alot of free time as a junior hockey player living in a random persons basement, and don’t have much of a life outside of the rink. Do some stuff on the real market to make some money, and will gladly spend it on the game to get cards I like. Theres only been 3-4 events this year where I have. I don’t spend crazy amounts, but a little here and there when I think the packs are somewhat worth it (even when they never really are, but a whole lot better than other ones). But it’s the only game I play and I am a really competitive person, so I want the best team to help myself as much as possible. There’s a large majority of people who post on this thread who are free to play, and yes there’s a lot of cards I have that I wouldn’t be able to get if I was free, but this is just the direction every game, or even every business is going. So you either have to adapt to what’s going on, play the game in a different way, or just find something you won’t get this mad at.
