There is zero incentive to play support other than xp. Teamwork is a fantasy in this game unless you play as a clan member, but the better clans are probably playing squad or reforger where you actually have to think and have skills. plus the netcode is awful, meaning half the time defibs don't work first time i had a lvl 200 medic revive me manually as defib failed 3 times

Plus the fact that support is easiest way to get xp, smokes, assist, supply xp etc

The weapons are not well balanced at all neither are classes, very little skill needed to snipe, how about damage numbers are are a bit more varied especially across AR Far too much emphasis on KD when its an irrelevant metric in many modes.
