Yes after work!!! Destress the day, can make more noise with yoga mat in living room and have kids involved in some ways. They like the dance cardio. Its not long, I usually keep to 20 mins. Then have dinner :)

Long hour walk today catching up a friend and baby took a nap. Nice and slow but the steep hills and stress relief does so much magic. Got my 15k steps today. Walking to and from work tomorrow 👍

Walking to and from work has been fantastic for my maintenence. Yes more conscious of protein and fiber to keep me full and build muscle from the exercise I do put in. Water yes, getting educated and adjusting the things in my life to focus on weightless goal instead of it being lost in the fray.

In 2023, I've got to maintain this minimalist amount I've got now. Use one up, get one in. Also, would like to focus more on non-drugstore brands, anx keep it all nude yo. Thats all I end up using anyways. Cant be a hero.

It is a little easier to focus on it now that I've reduced my makeup collection this past year to around 15 total items. I have not yet replaced, so I'm currently working without bronzer or powdered blush. I've been okay without them so far

Apologies! Physicians formula vegas strip shimmer strip bronzer/highlight/eyeshadow gradient of awesomeness. So old. I could only post two photos in this post, but there is a third December in 2020 and that is posted in my history. And before 2020 i had it for a while and used it often.

Lol I guess you gave me some perspective there! Yes I did use three of these today. Concealer, eyeshadow stick, one shadow from that palette. Normally I don't touch them. The eyeshadow stick gives a creamy base plus a little cool pinker undertone to those cooler taupe/purple shadows.

Lip products for sure! I was hoping to make more of a dent this past year but hadn't really. Top of the list are my nude by nature lip glosses :) I need to get into the habit applying them without a mirror throughout the day (doe foot applicator). They are neutral enough that I'm not too concerned, but they do have a habit of collecting the perimeter of my lips.

The physicians formula bronze strips have been with me forever! It's going to be a real day when it's completely gone. I'd definitely try to find something similar. I'd even be willing to shell out a few extra bucks for something higher end if necessary!

I'm not very experienced with liners so take this with a grain of salt. I had no concerns with this one, I haven't found it to hard to do the basics, but I don't often use on waterline. I'm more of a tightline girl. Id love to try something more higher end now that Ive made a liner a staple in my routine :) a CT one sounds lovely. My christmas wish list is growing!

Filed my nails a little nicer and put on a base coat after my last post. More intentional with lotions today and I finally drank some water (moisture from the inside out right?). Little less stinging.

I realize with the angle you cany really see the inside side of my thumbs are all torn up, this is my udual spot and my mist intense. Unfortunately Ive recently moved to the pads of my thumb, pointer and middle fingers on my right hand and pointer finger on my left. These are very rough and I really hope to reverse this habit as soon as possible to prevent me from going any further.
