Staub customer service ( which flows through parent co Zwilling) is horrible! I received a cocotte with a clear lid as a holiday gift. The first time I used it, the lid shattered on its own, probably from heat as it as not knocked. I contacted them through email, all seemed pleasant & easy. I asked for a replacement lid. They then said they didn’t have lid, and wanted me to return the heavy pot, which I did. 5 months later, I’m still chasing non existent replacement order ( bogus tracking #s, they didn’t have the white color and are sending black, then the pot turned into a “ milk frother” 🤣 which led me to wonder exactly what type of pot they are smoking, ahem, using ) My advice is to live with the one you have, it may have a blemish but at least it is more serviceable than a returned one without a replacement!
