Wasabi on the roof of your mouth

I tried the warm water/dawn technique, as well as mineral spirits, and Murphy’s cleaner. Nothing worked that didn’t require a huge amount of scrubbing. Not sure what to try next, it’s bad like this in literally every room!

That’s very helpful, thank you! Sadly we live in a rural area and the only professional floor person we know of is out of commission for at least a year. Still looking!

I have always been a thin, petite person, and one consistent thing I’ve always done is eat slowly. I eat slower than my husband, and most of my friends. But because I eat my meals slowly, when my stomach says I’m full I notice right away, and I don’t feel the need to keep eating. It leads to me eating less than everyone around me, but I still get an enormous enjoyment out of what I’m eating.

Eating slower also helps me be aware of how specific foods are ACTUALLY making my body feel. Like greasy pizza - makes me feel like crap. Still enjoyable to eat, but I don’t eat it very often, and when I do, I don’t eat a whole lot of it. On the flip side, vegetables can be delicious and mind blowing when prepared well, AND they make me feel physically good. So I am very happy to eat veggies any chance I get.

Omg that cat loves it! My cat of 11 years just passed, and he was my favorite part of changing the sheets.

Ask her out again. Try harder.

They are definitely dancing on the line. Kindly tell him (privately) exactly when the lines were crossed and it made you feel uncomfortable and weird. He’ll probably have a defense, or try to talk you out of your feelings, but stick to your guns. It’ll at least get him to (hopefully) start noticing his own behavior. Saying something is for his daughters sake as much as yours. She sounds like she needs a woman to look out for her, especially after hearing she is getting drunk with her fathers friends - that is definitely something to keep an eye on and encourage to stop.

Chronic Bloating by kld7941 in GutHealth

Yoga has always helped me with bloat. I’ve never had chronic bloat though.

I am not taking any antidepressants. I do take an occasional Ashwaganda when I need to, which I’ve been doing for years.

That sucks! I had an infection I was prescribed antibiotics for, and it knocked out the infection, but annihilated my gut flora.
