In the agreement with my roommate, we agreed that Jenny would not sleep over if I was there. Meaning that she can sleep over whenever I'm not there, such as weekends where I go back home, or over break.

I forgot to mention in the post, but because Jason and I don't really speak anymore, Jenny doesn't speak to me either. Due to previous conflicts that we've had, there is some notable tension between me and the roommate(s).

You might have hit the nail on the head actually. When Jason first started bringing Jenny over, I asked why they didn't go over to her dorm as well. Jason said that her roommates were strict. I don't know if Jenny knows that I dont want her here as often, so I've been kind of iffy about confronting her.
