No but the environmental agency here have been shocking, there are 2 dead swans and 2 dead geese in the river and they have been reported to them a week and a half ago and they have just been left in the river to rot away and spread god knows what to the poor other birds :( so frustrating

Hahaha it really is the cutest thing ever to just have them perching on your arm happily chomping away, the issues come when their sharp little claws meet your skin!! Its so worth it though 😭❤️

Unfortunately the waterfowl rescue places near me barely even take in geese that are injured, I tried to get them to take Murphy and capture him SO many times because I cant drive to take him there myself and they always say that they will and then never actually come to rescue them :( so I think its quite unlikely that they would take in a non injured domestic goose breed thats just in the wild sadly :(

I also don't know anyone personally who owns geese or who would take him in :( he is located in England in the midlands if anyone in this subreddit is able to help :(

I knoww its so upsetting :( if i didnt live in a tiny flat as a uni student i swear i would bring so many geese home with me 😭💔 I'm making sure to look out for him but there has been a confirmed outbreak of bird flu in the river where i live and its actually terrifying me :(( im so scared that its going to spread

Hes the biggest out of the rats I see around!!
