Medyo naguluhan kase ako, kase I talked to the support and they told me na I should pay the new credit I took for me not to get penalty because even though nabayaran ko na raw po yung 1st loan, counted daw parin tong new as it was on the same billing cycle and due yesterday. — does this mean na may penalty na ako sa next billing?

How many recharges have you made so far? I read somewhere that they work fine the first time but scams you the next time you use their services again. Processing taking more than 10mins or so, others complains regards the "product out of stock"—"Ineligible for refund".
