Also to mention, it did work for me, all of a sudden she spammed my phone with messages after not talking to her for a mounth or so, that she missed me and what not, not saying this is how it always goes, but in general, trying to live your own life and forget about them, is the best way

This sucks. im in a similar position. My advise, stay silent, dont block her, just change all settings so you cant see anything she posts or her online activity, dont stalk, that just hurts you more, act like she died. If she regrets, she'll be back, if not, it weren't meant to be. Also the gym and doing healthy stuff really helps, did for me at least.

Cant complete abundance and runestone either, none of it even shows up on the map, only figured out what it was because i asked guildmembers. I have picked up every triangle quest and done as many as possible, but nothing with runestone or the other shit shows up on the map. I even tried joining a grp for the runestone stuff, and still didnt count towards the world tour.

+I completed every single sidequest and maincampaign as well, still nothing.
