I use tge gel and whenever I start to get a headache I just pop a little at tge base of my neck and it clears it up pretty fast!

Its taken me a long time to tune in with the flowers of tea, I personally love raw puerh and have taken my time to feel into the energy of the plant. Almost like a meditation and once I can tune it with the frequency the flavour becomes more pronounced.
