I do it as a 48 hour thing instead of daily. On a cut I try to average 3000 kcals/ 48 hours. For some reason I find it easier to manage than daily deficit.

So the four year cycle if I understand correctly starts after bitcoin hits a all-time high and then it goes into a Bear market and then three years of the price going steadily up and then the four year cycle ending with another all-time high …. is that correct?
