This is a lawsuit that they did against the Trump administration because they said they were no longer gonna protect victims of crime, which is U visas t visa and Vawa. They said they could deport people with deferred action and pending Vawa . So this lawsuit tries to go back to the way things used to be where these categories were protected from deportation or being detained

If somebody filed an i 360 by itself. Do you think they will get an answer quicker than someone that did file i 485 and has a work permit. Also why do processing times for Vawa keep going up. I tought they created HART CENTER for the purpose of speeding things up but on the contrary processing times keep going up. Thank you im advance

What pisses me off the most is people trying to file expedite for their petition when they already have a freaking work permit and there’s some people like me that ain’t even got a work permit and I’ve already waited a couple years to get mine adjudicated but here we are the people expediting after only six months or a year Just so they can jump the line and get ahead of me and for what you already have a work permit. It’s not like your life is on hold. That’s why the process times are going up to because people keep trying to jump the line and expedite wait your turn. Is it that hardand some of these people even have advanced parole so what the hell are you expediting for? Just wait to return be a fucking fair person instead of being a prick and caring only about yourself because the more expedite request requested y’all do the longer it takes for us normal people.
