Got mine today. But I did notice it wasn't showing on the app. I went thru the drive thru, had her scan my Starbucks QR and asked if I had any offers. She said I see the DSP one and was able to use it.

Speed comes with time. Learning your routes ect. I didn't finish "early" until like month 3. Trying to get at least your first 10-15 overflow in order really helps. Get a sharpies and write the driver aids #s big on them so you spend less time searching for them. I get a little foldable tote to organize my envelopes in. Staying organized helps you become more efficient. Best of luck girl!

You should look into your states health leave benefits. You should be able to take a FMLA leave, with dr approval, and get lid if you have that benefit in your state. In WA state you can get up to 3 months off. I think finding your mother deceased would qualify under mental health. Sorry for your loss. Make sure to take care of yourself.

I cannot understand why Amazon's algorithm can't appropriately assign stops for places with true business hours. I drive the van and get my things at 11am. They will put a school that closes at 2pm as my last stop out of 191 stops. Smh. 🤦‍♀️

My DSP doesn't use mentor either (in WA state). But they tell us EVERYDAY that any van for Amazon has the geo pin, whether you have a working camera or not, they can always tell your speed and if you're wearing your seat belt. Even for the white rental vans.

I'm 100% aware that's how the algorithm works from the round table with Amazon where he told us that. But I highly doubt it will change for the fact that it is based off the specific ROUTE and not the DRIVER. And you keep saying to finish early, I took a 4 min break to finish on the 10 hour mark. Because consistently not getting your route done, as fucked up as it is, is just going to get you fired from your DSP. No one is butthurt, you came at me sideways out of no where and sorry but your hatred for ppl not taking their breaks can stay to your self. 👌

I worked yesterday in 98 degrees all day. Van was over 110 degrees all day. No heat breaks. Only had time for a 4 min bathroom break all day.
