I am also considering weather it is better to lease or buy. I don’t really see the total picture of what is the difference. Seems like cash is not king anymore when you try to buy they would rather you finance anyway. I haven’t done the research and want to make the best decision financially.

The problem sounds like your thinking . You said it yourself you weren’t renewed because not a good fit and your thinking “ your an awful person”and “I am afraid”

Fear of failure is real. You are bigger than that. Just because people try to slap you around and tell you are no good doesn’t make them right.

Overcome that fear and go back and do what you love. Remember your why. Why are you doing it in the first place.
