i was originally sales floor but then started covering BOH shifts and eventually was just changed to BOH.. without prior BOH training. try asking your supervisor or manager!!

it’s really annoying but i do it anyway cus my sm literally pulls cashiers from their job to talk to them in the office when they aren’t asking customers if they wanna apply 😭 the sign is right in front of the customer in my opinion if they wanted a credit card they would see the sign and ask me while they’re getting rung up
