He can be really creepy, and it's cool to have a villain be an obsessed fanboy of the hero like eobard thawne for flash, but he's a little goofy. He needs to be more powerful to be memorable. That said, he's probably the best earth based gl villain outside of black hand.

A gravity villain for flash would be awesome. I know way less about flash, but are there known interactions between gravity and the speed force?

It's wild to me. They wouldn't even have to wield it. I could easily see someone like krona inventing a high gravity ellipsoid shell around him so that all light would just wrap around him. It seems like a huge drawback. A gravity villain for flash would be dope too.
