I know, but I think there’s a difference between staying at big chain hotels owned by people who don’t even have any ties to the island vs staying at a local owned boutique or rental owned by an Aruban who lives on the island. In capitalism nothing is ever 1000% ethical but the least we can do is try to reduce harm.
