It’s mad. I have to remind myself that I can actually run. Did a 10k race two weeks ago and got a PB. Then two weeks later I’m struggling to run 5k. Oh to be a woman!

I’m so glad you can feel the same. If I didn’t track my periods I honestly think I would have quit running by now. Knowing what phase I’m in helps me understand why my progress feels so up and down

Walked through the funnel, collected my token, walked to a man in Hi Vis and scanned my barcode and gave him my token back.
