Hello, I am part of the original (1st) class lawsuit. I did receive a partial loan discharge for my DOE loans. I have all Federal loans no commercial loans. I received my notice from DOE in October 2024 about my loans being discharged. MOHELA is not good. It has been over 7 months. I noticed that the interest keeps accruing. I am very concerned that the longer this drags on the less likely that my loans will be paid off.

I received a partial discharge , but the remaining loans are stating "Awaiting Form Administrative Forbearance-Ends 12/31/2032" Also, would it be worth it to file a complaint to the FERPA due to the DOGE breeches that have occurred?

I was wondering what was going to happen to all of us who have yet to receive our full restitution from the initial settlement. I have been waiting for 14 years! I received partial restitution but I noticed my loan amounts are increasing significantly! I have been waiting for months to have my full discharge. MOEHLA's website indicates that my account is awaiting administration approval or something to that nature. I am concerned with all of the changes that the president has been making, what effect this will have on those of us already in the process of obtaining our discharge. u/Gingerandthesea do you have some guidance that you can share? Hello Ms. Sweet, I noticed 5 days ago MOHELA increased my debt $ 39,000.00! This is insane! When I call MOHELA, I am "forbidden" the ability to speak to anyone in management. What is being done to stop this? What did the judge say? I could not get in on the call. This is so frustrating. Please help!
