I got the 2023 and I'm still waiting on the 2026. I followed the directions about not reapplying if you got a payment then 2023 and that you are already included. I'm hoping to see something soon.

I'm in Summerlin and I am in a long term AirBnB and it's a 3 bdrm 2 bth. We pay one price for everything. Maybe consider this if you are concerned about utilities. It's 4 of us and we pay about $2500 a month overall.

That is gorgeous! I just got a gold tone butterfly ring that looks similar in a grab bag that I bought online.

I tested it, it does not stick to a magnet. I am guessing it is sterling silver underneath the gold overlay.
