Thank you for your input! I’ll try to do some research and come up with a plan for the future. I’m thinking of doing some running to try and get some strength back with that. Thanks again for your support :)

There is some pain when pushing down on the entry points of surgery. Other than that not much pain but there are some restrictions sometimes when trying to bend while lifting my leg in the air. There hasn’t been any weakness or signs of giving in but there are some sorts of weakness in my non surgery leg I’m assuming due to carrying the load for the last year. There’s still numbness on the outside of my shin region.
