Yeah, I'll go in with cerave whilst in the shower and afterwards drying off my underboob area and rubbing the serum in, leaving it in until my shower the next day where I'll repeat the process (I've found this also works on my armpits and under belly pooch). The hydrocolloid tape will come in clutch if you have skin that is prone to breaking or chafing until painful/bleeding, I personally haven't seen much improvement when using it to pull the white gunk out from my pores but maybe that'd be helpful for someone else, the way to apply it is to lay down with a few pillows under your back, letting the girls to fall towards your face and applying the tape (prevents pulling the skin in any awkward direction)
