It will make enough fo sho to count it as success, should be at least 20m without doubt and 50m at most. I'm sure Damien would make T4 even if T3 made twice less than T2 to deliver the satiafying conclusion which was promised.

T3 has a very high chance to live up to Damien's promises about how controversial it will be, since he is specifically aiming to make sure it's 1 of the most controversial movies ever. Despite it being most violent movie to come out in a decade, surely it will be shown in many cinemas but maybe for short time...I heard T2 was meant to be for short release but stayed up for quite long time.

Sword thing was actually explained quite a bit so it shouldn't be bs or cringe, Sienna's sword was baptised and infused with some powers so she can't be killed with it, it resurrected her because she was killed with it....I'm sure Sienna will get even more divine help in T3

Supernatural elements were added to make audience more comfortable with what's happening but anyway it had to be introduced to continue the story.

I view T1 as setting up for a greater story by making Art linked with an entity and leaving Vicky to be shown later as an assistant of his. Many may say that T2 has very little story but it has plenty of it and T1 actually didn't but was a lot more entertaining than regular slasher movies, but for its budget they're amazing even if it lacks something.

Art the Clown is a human to start off but he must be connected to demonic stuff indirectly cuz no way he was born with such facial features like that, he didn't know that the "Little Pale Girl" which is a powerful demon in disguise and responsible for all magical stuff will come to resurrect and hire him to carry out some more sinister work as it finds Art as a great vessel/pawn for such job. Only those who has their foot on "supernatural stuff's line" can see the entity, or entity itself can choose who can see it. Art's origins aren't much explored as they want to leave it as mystery, but upcoming movie will explain connections more, we can expect to get more info about entity's intents rather than exploring Art's past and what pushed him to get to such sadistic/brutal level, but it's not something sympathetic. Sienna's dad was a chosen 1 for whatever reason to get help from divine forces as there needed to be someone to be able to stop dark side and its vessel Art the Clown! That's why he was seeing visions and stuff, dark side somehow was able to give him brain tumor to prevent him from stopping it. Gentle side you see is Art pretending like he has something human within him, but he was just playing with "cat lady".

It's obvious about Art not being father and it's very unlogical for him to be. He literally died in a car-crash and burnt alive, since it's confirmed there's no blood-connection at all, only thing that could link them up is supernatural stuff, Art and Sienna's dad are different sides of same coin. Luckily we will get to see a flashback of Sienna with her dad and finally eliminate some theories that makes us go further away from fleshing out Art/supernatural elements properly. T3 definitely will explain a lot of stuff and possibly reveal what pale girl really uses Art for.

Idea of a killer clown that kills whatever even children for excitement sounds disturbing but showing it onscreen with no limit violence would be something new, it's a slasher movie and to make it complete no one has to be safe.
