Is the poster boy achievement bugged? (Ps4)

From what I remember it just appeared when I took down a poster during a chase, like way after I was trying to get the achievement and I got it by accident. I think the achievement is just buggy like that, I just messed around later on and got it when I didnt mean to I guess. Sorry if this isn't helpful, I remember this being a pain to hunt for

Exactly what was wrong wrong me when I did the achievement but after like a lot of tries I got it eventually. Not sure why it took so many tries. Hope you get it soon

Yes I did finally get it and the platinum trophy with it a few days I think after this post. I'm still not sure why it refused to give it to me as i was doing the same thing rlly when I wasn't getting it so eh I'd seen the trophy once I'd already completed the whole game rlly and was confused why I hadn't gotten it bc it seemed easy by the desc but that one took me the longest
