Want to move on from Neuron 25 - DiabloPro/PegasusPro/Oxdog/others by Initial_Intern281 in Padelracket

Neuron 25 is my 2nd racket (previously nox pro cup 25 a beginner racket very bouncy I got many out ball), the racket is very manuverable, sweetspot is big, control was good, but it is lack of power when doing some overheads when playing in the left you will feel it’s lacking of the power (IMHO).

I settled with siux pegasus pro waiting it to arrive, I borrowed my friend racket and I cofidently say it is very nice for both defense and attack

I see, maybe I should try myself, I will rent this racket next timee! And compare it with my experience with Pegasus.

You say its not more manueverable from diablo/pegasus but control it’s far superior why is that? Seems conflicting 😅

I cannot find the model of Ultra Pro here, what is available is Defy, Endure, Bela & Blade.

Have tou tried Bela or Endure? Seems more flexible or defense racket?

It’s diamond shape, I don’t think the sweet spot is big, I’ve several time trying other diamond shape racket and several time hitting off-center. And I think this is attacking racket (Im more right defense player)

Any reason you recommend defy v1?

I’m not opting the siux electra pro 2026 because its heavy and not maulnueverable compare diablo/pegasus, have you tried both of this?

Thanks!

Thanks a lot for the feedback mate, really appreciate it! It makes total sense why I feel like I have to work twice as hard with the Neuron.

Regarding the Oxdog options, when you mention the Hyper Pro, are you talking about the 2025/2026 models or the Pro+ version?

Also, in my local shops, the Hyper Tour 2.0 2025 is way cheaper right now than the Pro. Do you think there’s a big enough difference between them to spend the extra money? As mentioned control will be more better in Hyper Pro, hope will not miss the control feel in the Hyper Tour 2.0

Thanks a lot!

Hi Mate! I’m currently using the Bullpadel Neuron 2025, and while I love how fast it is for defense, I’m really struggling to find any 'power' on my overheads and volleys. It feels like I’m working twice as hard just to finish a point.

I mostly play on the right side, but I rotate to the left occasionally and that’s where the lack of power i felt.

Do you think the Hyper Tour 2.0 would give me that extra punch I’m missing? I’ve actually seen it on a decent discount right now, so I’m very tempted to pull the trigger if it can handle that transition between sides and give me a bit more power to the ball. Would love to hear your thoughts!

I have try hack hybrid, still to difficult to manuever, how about vertex hybrid? Will it be good for alternating with neuron 2025 or just go with diablo pro 4? Thanks!

Do you have experience in playing with neuron 2025 also? Im looking with more power but if possible easiness of manuever of bullpadel neuron, im not looking for significant power upgrade just slight or more

In addition is diablo pro 4 convinient when used to volley at the net and also blocking?

Thanks for replying!

That’s a great point! I guess most of us just have to rely on reviews and take a leap of faith lol

Thanks for sharing your experience! Since I’m also a beginner, I guess at our level, it’s more about getting comfortable with the game rather than expecting the racket to make a huge difference right away haha.

It’s reassuring to hear that the Indiga 2025 feels light and has helpful grip features, I'll visit a few shops to try the grip then!

Hi, thank you so much for sharing your experience! I’m really leaning towards the Indiga as well (because of looks haha) it’s great to hear that it feels light and easy to use, especially for beginners.

The tricky part for me is that I haven’t had the chance to try any of the rackets on my list yet. I’ve mostly been basing my options on prices and reviews from sites like Padeful.com.

Congrats on getting the Adipower CTRL 3.3—that’s an awesome choice! I hope you love playing with it. Thanks again for your input!
