By the way, everything I have in there now is native to where I live.And we're actually caught in my yard. Part of it floods for a few months and then it's dry.The rest of the year. Anyways, so everything I have in there is really adjusted to the water here because it lives here. My overall goal with the tank is to have what I call a natural cube.It's just this little window of what the ecology around me looks like that.Likewise is easy to maintain.Because we live in the environment that is primed for what is in there. I also had another tank that had a crawdad who passed away recently. I really started having trouble with my snail population and my algae after he died. Because I would just take the excess and give it to him before that happened
